With over 20 years' experience in secondary education, I am a highly skilled teacher, coach, mentor, and trainer.  I first trained as a coach through the Fast Track teacher programme in 2005 and adopted the approach for my everyday work in schools.  I quickly discovered the incredibly positive impact for both students and staff.  In 2019, I launched coaching within my school and still lead the growing staff and student programmes.  This immensely rewarding work includes leading a team of internal coaches, delivering training for TAs, teachers, and the Senior Leaders, and running a student peer-coaching programme.  In my private practice, I draw on this extensive experience to support students and educators to thrive.
