Let’s Chat Booking

These sessions are simply a chance to meet, chat and share. There is no charge for these sessions.

60 Minute Coaching Session Bookings

Coaching sessions will be 60 minutes including up to 15 minutes for any admin and feedback.  

Payment for coaching is due in advance of the session unless you are redeeming a valid gift code.

Gift codes are single-use, subject to availability and only valid for coaching (not tutoring or any other service). Only one gift can be redeemed per person. Gift codes are valid for new clients booking their first session with me. They cannot be used in addition a free 30-minute ‘Let’s Chat’ session. Please note that the booking confirmation is not a guarantee that the code is valid for the session. You will be informed in a separate email, if the code is not valid for any reason.

Despite best intentions, sometimes life gets in the way and therefore, depending on availability, there is the flexibility to amend confirmed bookings up to 48 hours before the session via my online booking page or by email. 

At my discretion, the full session fee is payable for missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.  If you are late, the coaching session will still end at the scheduled time and the full session fee is applicable.

I will periodically request feedback to support on-going learning and development. If you are not happy with any aspect of our work together, I urge you to discuss this with me and I will do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event of us not being able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you can contact the EMCC.
